FUSION RAZOR CARTRIDGE ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Designed and implemented a major portion of the continuous cartridge assembly machine for the Fusion Razor Cartridge.
Working alongside a group of P&G engineers, the team successfully brought the automation on line to ensure the successful launch of the Gillette Fusion razor.
FORD MOTOR COMPANY
F150 TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY
Designed an automated production line that turns a raw casting for the F150 valve body into a fully machined part.
DESKTOP METAL
3D METAL PRINTING EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS
Designed the first of a kind 3D metal (MIM powder) printing and powder processing laboratory.
Inert gas management system engineering and implementation. Chilled water supply, plumbing layout including sizing of pumps and pipe sizing. Design and implementation of ovens for curing parts post 3D Binderjet printing

HIGH VOLUME ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Designed and built an assembly system that takes parts from a 12 cavity mold and completely assembles the product.

GILLETTE
MACH 3 RAZOR ASSEMBLY MACHINE
Gillette hired us to diagnose issues with the machine that assembles the Gillette Mach 3 razor. We redesigned a major portion of the machine and integrated new assembly stations into the machine.
These design changes significantly improved both the run run time efficiency and product quality .

Designed and implemented a major portion of the machine used to assemble Captiva camera film packs and Polaroid flat battery technology.

AIRCRAFT MECHANIC TOOLS AND INSTRUMENTS
Designed and built tools to aid United States Navy technicians that ensured equipment uptime and as a result, mission readiness!
VENUS RAZOR
VENUS RAZOR ASSEMBLY MACHINE
The customers management team asked us to design the entire assembly machine for the Venus razor.
Our improvements to the assembly process tripled the speed of razor assembly. This saved the Gillette company millions of dollars by reducing the capitol expenses.
